Behavioral Health Program

Effective January 1, 2009, Health Investment Plan, Health Advantage Plan and Health Plus Plan behavioral health claims administration, precertification of behavioral health services and provider network management transitioned to Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS).

Employee Assistance Program
